I am delighted to welcome you to the largest School of Nursing and Midwifery in the sub-region. Our school is renowned for its excellence in nursing and midwifery education, research and practice. 

At the School of Nursing and Midwifery, UHAS, we pride ourselves in providing a world-class education that prepares our students for successful careers in nursing and midwifery. Our state-of-the-art simulation Centre, the largest in the subregion, provides our students with hands-on training and experience in a realistic and controlled environment. 

We offer a range of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in nursing, midwifery and public health nursing designed to meet the needs of the healthcare system in Ghana and beyond. Our programmes are taught by experienced faculty who are experts in their fields and our curriculum is designed to equip our students with the knowledge, skills and competencies required to provide high-quality patient care.
